Commercial Spaces in town have parking issues. I myself would prefer eating in a restaurant not in town such as Lemon and Olives. You should their steak.
Power Outage
There are regular power outages. They post scheduled outages on their page though.
Views
When considering a dine-in, there’s not much views in town’s commercial spaces.

These are those booth styles. Mainly for display only. Much cheaper but limited space.
Around 15-20k rental per month.
If you’re inclined to have this one, consider renting a house for production/baking too.
Option 2:
Stall
(Display + Dine In)

These are those enclosed stalls that have limited space. Can be used for display and dine in only.
Around 20-40k rental per month.
If you’re inclined to have this one, consider renting a house for production/baking too.
Option 3:
Stall
(Display + Baking + Dine In)
(In Red Pins)
These are those enclosed stalls that can accommodate production or baking as well as dine-in.
Around 40-70k rental per month.
Consider serving meals.
Option 4:
House
(Baking + Pickup)
(In Green Pins)
This option is for pickup customers only. Mainly for accommodating production/baking.
Around 25-50k rental per month.
If you’re inclined to have this one, consider renting a kiosk or display stall too 🙂
Option 5:
House
(Display + Baking + Dine In)

Although this option is rare and expensive, a good way to do this is to choose a location with a great view.
